If the Trump admin is as air tight as its always been, hopefully we'll know everything real soon, riiiight before Trump goes on Faux News to incriminate himself further in a brazen, foolhardy attempt to clear his name before pegging Jeff Sessions as the mastermind behind it all.pic.twitter.com/Th2i0a8O2H

Whether “ANYTHING” is protected? I bet 100% of Charles Manson’s activities weren’t criminal. How is it possible 100% of any lawyer’s documentation would fall under criminal activity

The central allegation is that he was not actually practicing law with his three "clients", so it's entirely possible that all of that work is unprivileged. Maybe Cohen has done actual legal work for firms, but that's not what was raided.

Personally, if the dude is taking the 5th in order not to incriminate himself, then we should be able to look at what he deems a problem for himself in the confiscated possessions. He'd be better talking than having it found out like that.

Completely ridiculous. Cohen and his lawyer should be the first people to go over the documents as they are the only ones with a true motive to protect privileged materials.

So, a judge who was born and raised in California, carpetbagged to New York and appointed by Bill "Give-me-some" Clinton. How do you think that's going to go? 🤣🤣🤣

At least we dont look to discriminate against people who don't agree with us; look like us. Hate to tell you this; CA is part of the USA. So for you to pull that bs as some sort of disclaimer on his ability to adhere to the law just shows you want it all your way. Good luck
