        This is 100% on @AZGOP & dark money donor groups like DeVos'. In 2000, AZ voters passed a referendum dictating ongoing $$ for ed- & GOP ignored. Also, court orders to restore that funding. The $$ asked for are OWED by law- but GOP has given it away in Corp & billionaire tax cuts
