Judge John D. Bates of Federal District Court for the District of Columbia said the government’s decision to end the program was predicated on the “virtually unexplained” grounds that the program was “unlawful”https://nyti.ms/2Hpht3w

A setback yes; but he will prevail. He'll have more setbacks through his second term but sucesses will outnumber the losses. I am looking forward to his next 2 or 3 nominees to the Supreme Court, MAGA!

Each one should be case by case not blanket amnesty and no one should be automatically pardoned for violating immigration laws.

"Each one should be case by case..." Here you go, actual information on DACA's case-by-case review process: https://www.uscis.gov/archive/frequently-asked-questions … For the record, "case-by-case" appears 16 times in this FAQ. Hopefully this clears up any misinformation.

Im tired of reading all these baseless attacks on DACA. Please read up on the program, how it works, who qualifies, and how much money it costs... it's not free! And it does not give anyone any legal status!pic.twitter.com/2y4RdTmyfD

Not a baseless attack but a question of validity. Did you read up on this program/executive order? I believe it is unconstitional

Read the decision by the judge. He specifically said they wanted to cancel because it was unconstitutional but failed to say HOW it was unconstitutional. And gave them 90 days to clarify. Previous judges ruled that Congress is the one to address this, meanwhile it will stand.

It will likely stand until June. Supreme Court will rule in President Trumps favor. DACA will fall.
