The lawyer representing 2 former NFL cheerleaders has a proposal: If her clients can have a 4-hour meeting with Commissioner Roger Goodell, they will settle all claims for $1.https://nyti.ms/2qWnUzW

If the NFL rejects the proposal, the complaints made by the former cheerleaders would continue through due process. If the NFL accepts it, there is no guarantee that it would greatly improve conditions for cheerleaders. http://nyti.ms/2qWnUzW pic.twitter.com/WFRvoVfURX

If he does, and nothing changes, make sure the NFL, but most of all it’s commissioner, is publicly shamed.

They aren't starting this lawsuit because they are treated differently than their management. They feel wronged being treated differently than their peers, the players.

No, so they should have a different code of conduct? For their personal life and what they do at home? I watch ESPN for the host commentary, not the reporters. So they should be treated differently?

No, I'm not saying they should. Not everyone gets the same treatment, that's life. She got fired for posting pictures. Wrong or right that's up to your employer. If you dont like the way you were treated then work for someone that doesn't have those rules.

This is likely their dream job that they worked extremely hard for. They feel wronged and treated unfairly. Are you then saying they shouldn't get to bring their employer to court to change the culture?

Capitalist photos or is it part of cheerleading camp organization routines planned and agree to. Cheerleading has rules and a organization to ensure a safe practices. Or is this just some moral high lifer try to force their way of life on others.....
