There’s literally no cause to go after the hospital or the pharmacy bc there is no way he got that drug from any type of professional setting. And how can you prove improper counseling?

They revived him from the OD & then HE refused all tests and bloodwork. Then he went back and took the same pills again? 😐 they're ruining more lives over his choices.pic.twitter.com/EB33TtAh1Y

Exactly, they could just let the situation raise awareness for others instead.

So on his own free will he took black market drugs but it’s the hospital’s fault?

If Prince declined the tests .... what was the hospital suppose to do? Misplaced blame?

Soon there will be no doctors or nurses willing to work in the ERs due to this kind of ridiculousness! Good luck when you need one.

Well there ya go. Had to have someone else to sue. Seems like no one can just screw up and kill themselves taking too many drugs. I loved Prince, but he was no stranger to drug abuse as are many inspired artists. We have lost so many. But lawsuits don't help us grieve, let it go.

If his family truly wants to honor his memory, let it be for all the magical music he brought to the world & not as just another drug addicted aging Star. He was brilliant, & talented beyond measure. Please don't drag him down with vengence on others. Is that what he would want?

Amazing how celebrities can have a bad outcome, often due to their own poor decisions and then they or family sues anyone & everyone claiming to have something good come from it. BS. #Vultures Educate and fund clinics. Don’t take from them.
