The family who didn't have much to do with him and is now fighting over his money? That family?

And what is the likelihood that any advice by that hospital would've been taken by him in the first place?? His handlers got him in and out as quickly as possible. Don't blame the hospital.

I hate that word. And, no it is not! Just as diabetes is not a persons fault. Just as morbid obesity is not a person's fault. Just as alcoholism is not a person's fault

True in the strictest sense. To make the hospital responsible for him would require stripping him or any addict of their legal right to refuse treatment, declaring them incompetent, and assigning a guardian to act for them

Would you suggest same for people suffering from diabetes, alcoholism, or people who are obese?

The hospital is not responsible for his taking counterfeit drugs. The person charged with acquiring his painkillers and the supplier are and should be sued and in jail. My estimation there is a two person separation between Prince and the person who created the fatal cocktail.

A court needs to dismiss these suits and shut this down immediately! Walgreens is supposed to “monitor” what someone takes illegally? An ER sued because they didn’t know “his history”. 👀
