In a declaration over the weekend, Kim Jong-un spoke as if the North was already a nuclear power, and no longer needed weapons tests, a direct challenge to the Trump administration’s stated goal of denuclearizationhttps://nyti.ms/2F9BkgY

NYT is already sabotaging Trump’s efforts with N Korea. It’s sad that a newspaper would be so anti anything good for America because of their haters towards Trump.

If anything, North and South Korea would do well to be nice to each other. The north could get its supplies from the south, and the south could help develop the untapped resources of the north, creating an economic powerhouse. China is right to worry...they would be a middle-man.

Giving NK clout is what we've tried to avoid in the past by putting a high bar on direct talks. Others are watching eagerly to see if all they need is a few nuclear tests to get Trump to the table. If the Iran deal gets shredded, they'll have every reason to pursue nukes.
