To say a felon has paid his dues as soon as he finishes his jail sentence is not correct. If that us true, why do we have parole and reporting requirements? I would like parole board to review and approve voting previlage when they feel he or she is eligible not otherwise.

personally I think that while imprisoned they should not be able to vote, voting is a right but it is also a privilege and it's one I think they should have to forgo until they have paid their debt to society
