Can you just imagine what good work they can really do if they directed these millions to education, poverty and medical care for the less fortunate. If they REALLY had their priorities right?Sad- lost opportunities

Oh please. Fix Citizens United & we’ll talk about those good works. Bad policy stripping that funding does more harm than any one person can fix. (Btw Tom Steyer gives a ton to non-political charities too.) #VoteOutGOP

When billionaires try to "shape" the outcome of elections, it's a subject for political analysis and commentary. When Russian trolls try the same thing via Facebook, it's a crisis for democracy.

Oligarchy is the new order, (left and right). I am from Illinois where two billionaires are the nominees for the Ds and the Rs. They just spent $100 per vote on the recent primary. Tweedledee v Tweedledum

I hate that The NY Times wants me to Subscribe to their newspaper to read this article if I click on their articles more than my allotted free articles per month! Internet news should be free! I can see where print cost money, & NYT charges advertisers so that should cover cost!
