        And the Trump administration wants the CDC to cut back on monitoring/treating disease outbreaks, around the world. You might think “who cares, it’s way over there”. Way over there is closer than you think. The CDC’s work around the world has helped the US stay safe.

        Excuse me, I listed malaria when it should have been typhoid. A good reason for me not to tweet at 4:00 in the morning. We all need to pray for those who are trying to find a drug that will be effective against typhoid.
