        Come on already. Putin’s giving the dude rocket motors for his nukes and facilitating Kim’s sanctions busting. If Putin wants the summit, or the Chinese too, somebody will land a military cargo plane full of spare parts and technicians to fix Kim’s plane, or will gift him one.
