Threats of tariffs exchanged between the U.S. and China are dredging up painful memories in the Midwest. This time, it would be Republicans paying a political price.https://nyti.ms/2F0daFA

Tax relief, jobs, smaller government, ending wars and not starting new ones, putting Americans first by not sending our tax money to other countries... Did you see tariffs in your crystal ball of Trump? Lots of bad things were obvious but tariffs were unexpected.

Thanks for sharing. I paid/pay attention. It’s difficult to filter every single thing this man says or said during the campaign, especially when the media likes to focus on the garbage news rather than the policy issues.

I didn’t even vote for Trump. I just don’t think the reason most Americans voted for Trump was because there is overwhelming support for tariffs. People saying “you deserve this” because middle class Americans wanted their jobs back and for someone to listen to them, is crazy.

Been saying this about China for months. He's abdicating everything to China. And people are gonna trust him to make nuke deals with North Korea. What a terrifying joke.

If ya really think about it.....wtf has trump really done except pull us out of the position of leader? He spews a lot of verbal diarrhea about what he might do, effs up everythin* in the process, then does nothing. He’s busy pretending to be busy & has no true concept of damage

Exactly everything he has done hurts his base. Ok they voted for it but the rest of us get to pay the price too. So glad the billionaires are happy and that the Trumps are richer. Ugh. Lock him up!!

Most americans won't work in the fields and without a strong overseas market farmers won't be able to sell their crops anyway.
