Shouldn't the cops be doing this training?

If you have racial-bias, a few hours of corporate training will not fix that. Good try though.

Yes, but would you rather they do nothing? What are you expecting--> Starbuck's to solve racism in America?! They owned error, finally fired mgr, & are taking steps to address what happened. Yes-they were in the wrong but wouldn't you rather see trying than denying?. I wld.✌🏼

Now there needs to be more training in racial biases in police departments across the country. It’s needs to be done.

Maybe they should do it at Starbucks locations. They seem to be more concerned than the police.

But can we have black people LEAD the training sessions?! Not Billy or Sarah from HR. I need some Tyrone's and Keisha's running them joints! #RealTalk

Pray tell, what is “racial-bias” training?! Don’t need to close stores, takes 2 minutes to tell employees: treat all people with respect and kindness or we fire your ass!

We have really got to stop thinking a few hours of “racial bias training” will fix this problem.

The last time Starbucks closed all stores, in 2008, it was to teach baristas how to make a better espresso drink. A simpler time.http://starbucksgossip.typepad.com/_/2008/02/all-us-starbuck.html …

NFN, you might want to rethink this tweet. People of color were profiled, harassed and subject to wrongful arrest in 2008. Only thing "simpler" is more whites ignored and/or justified it.
