        Try investing in human beings beginning in elementary school start pushing govt to pay teachers more and provide high quality education to all kids. Stop supporting the school to prison pipeline. Value people as more than worker bees.

        There is no labor shortage, companies are simply deciding that attracting workers with better wages and benefits is more expensive than automation.

        We could start actually educating and teaching skills our young people need to succeed rather than a constant barrage of paperwork for our teachers. Let them teach and stop the social engineering.
