Why did Harry Potter cross the road? No reason, but someone will write fan fiction about it.

I've successfully avoided all Harry Potter books and movies and plan to continue. Anytime somebody tries to force you to like what they like, that seems like a bad sign, even just in friendships.

I agree. If the relationship is important, you read the books. Maybe you don’t love them, but at least you read them. I’ve read The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings series for that reason. I like the stories but hate Tolkien’s writing style, so they were hard to get through.

Anything Harry Potter makes my eyes roll. I think it's because fans hype it up too much and annoy me. Whatta shame.
