I have never lost weight by exercising alone...or dieting alone. Ok, I have never lost weight.

I’ve lost 27 pounds in 3.5 months. Literally all I’ve changed is that I’ve started exercising. I eat pizza and cheeseburgers whenevs. I drink beer daily. I’m not disagreeing, but it was clearly the key for me.

That's great. I've never heard of anyone who still eats processed foods and refined sugars lose weight unless they cut way back on their intake. Well done.

I’m cruising along just fine. I ate half a large pizza for dinner with 3 beers. Lol. Losing all the weight.

Thank you! And I’m being serious with my diet. However, my exercise is slightly extreme...I run about 35 miles a week. That helps tremendously.

Good for you, that is no joke. Losing weight is as hard as anything. I ran the Chicago Marathon last year and just did a half marathon today. Running is the only true load bearing exercise. Now I just wish Chief Pizza was in front of the house right now!

Some day...the dream is to buy an RV and pull the oven across country. Fund the trip by selling pizza. Would be the best. Some day.

You've got the cornerstone set, you'll get there. A good pie, some marketing and you're living the dream. I've got some old Marine buddies in MO, I'll give them the heads up. Good luck my friend. I saw your bio line. You and your son will take that cross country trip together.

Key to weight loss? Doesn't matter what most people do, they don't lose weight. The key is mindset but that can't be quantified and therefore isn't often studied.
