        I found this high protein bread at Walmart under the Marketside label made with soy flour. Hungry Jack makes sugar free maple syrup.

        I can't have soy lol. I've pretty much have had to go gluten free and organic. Which the breads do make good French toast too. Also like someone said. Sugar free syrup.

        Sorry I know there are people who can’t have soy. Healthy Life makes a low-calorie/carb whole wheat bread with Splenda. It’s not quite as good as regular whole wheat bread but I like it. Obviously it’s not gluten free.
