On both prior occasions when Assad was accused of a chemical weapons attack it was proved he didn't do it, but the media remained largely silent... the real instrument of war is a corrupt media.

Coincidence that this attack occurs as soon as Trump announces an exit from Syria? Who wants to keep troops in Syria? What are they trying to achieve? Think regime change... again. They think we are all stupid.

I just don’t believe Assad did this. Trump talks of getting out of Syria and then this happens? It is nonsense. False flag.

Once again NATO accuses a government of doing something which does not make sense - remember when NATO accused Iraqi's of tossing babies out of incubators? I do NOT believe the Assad govt did this - might be best to look for the paid assassins - who gains?

Assad's forces have all but removed ISIS from its spoil - they recently signed a reconstruction deal, they are making plans to join China's OBOR - they have also agreed to sell oil in the petrol-yuan. Who wins by this attack?

Assad, by retaking Douma. How is it complicated that he wants back the last rebel held stronghold?

there was a deal about rebels leaving. "they" broke this deal by shelling civilian districts. even without this deal it would take 1 week (2 tops) to liberate this town. there is no point to use WMD. victory is 100% guaranted and its really close. all other "rebels" already left)

The point of using chemical attacks is that: 1. You inflict misery on your enemies, and 2. Idiots will defend you on the internet even when your guilt is clear.

Assad has been gassing his people and is doing just fine because very stupid people on the internet defend him. But I'm sure the Syrian insurgents make their own chemical weapons which they only use on themselves. Genius theory.
