John Bolton and Mike Pompeo both have ties to individuals and groups promoting a worldview that regards Islam not so much as a religion, but as a political ideology that's infiltrating the U.S. and other Western countrieshttps://nyti.ms/2GFBPVP

Bolton & Pompeo are right about the part of the ideology that invites terror here. It has no place in our society.

But to say so is apparently “anti-Islamic”. Except for Muslims, who say it all the time.

Tell both of them that, Islam is an organize religion that distances itself from all forms of heinous atrocities that narrow minded individuals do associate with this noble religion. Our religion stands for #PEACE and #HUMBLE#SUBMISSION!

According to the FBI, 94% of terrorist attacks carried out in the United States from 1980 to 2005 have been by non-Muslims. This means that an American terrorist suspect is over nine times more likely to be a non-Muslim than a Muslim. Look it up.

Why use numbers from 1980-2005? What was the Muslim population in the US during those years? I bet it wasn't 6%. So even your numbers show a disproportionate amount of violence. Just saying...

201 designated terrorism incidents in US from ‘08 to ‘16. 65 Islamic linked incidents in the US from ‘08 to ‘16. Right-wing extremists, often white supremacists, were responsible for 115 incidents within the same period.
