        Unconstitutional retaliation? Ha ha here we go again! She violated her companies social media policy, thus breached her employment contract & therefore lost her job. Simple. She’s just trying to use Trump to catastrophise her claim.

        The article says “Ms. Briskman said she posted it on Facebook and Twitter.” She would have known about her company’s social media policy so, cry me a river. Moral of the story -don’t post pictures of yourself doing stupid shit on social media.
