Hard to see how a sensationalistic cover img like this is NOT part of the problem. News orgs should agreed on a standard, like sticking to 1 unflattering mugshot across all media. If these orgs have substance & don't just rely on graphics, should be easy to stand out & sell subs.

Making a celebrity out of this person seems dangerous.
-
No mention of her fanatical religious beliefs?
-
They mentioned her religion; but perhaps you have never heard that religion before so you missed it?
-
The Bahá'í Faith is a fanatical religious group? Don't tell Rainn Wilson from the Office, Seals and Crofts, or the late Carol Lombard! Perhaps they have a few crazy people like every other religion??
-
It’s not a fanatical religion. Her shooting had nothing to do with her religion. She was angry at YouTube. I guess it’s hard for some people who support any travelban to understand that.

If a WHITE..Christian commits such a crime...its all over the media

There are tough guns laws in California. How is this possible?
-
She used a handgun.
-
You missed the point. Changing a law is not going to do anything. Criminals don’t follow laws.
-
Then why have any laws at all?
-
To deter people from committing crimes. However as you know, California has the most strict laws in the country.
-
But you just said criminals arent detered by laws like two minutes ago
-
I said they don’t follow them. A deterrent is something to influence someone’s decision making. Have you ever seen the “Drive-offs will be prosecuted” sign at a gas station? That is a deterrent to prevent drive offs. Will it stop someone from driving off?

“On Wednesday, two of the people who were shot were released from Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital.” Is that really the name of the hospital? Maybe we start re-evaluating, like, everything....
-
Well he did donate $75 million to the hospital.
-
Yeah, I understand that. I didn’t think they named it after him for some other reason. The intention of my comment reflects this understanding.
