Donald Trump has a long history of attacking businesses. But his tweets now carry with them the threat that he's prepared to use the power of the presidency to undermine companies that anger him. One reader's reaction. https://nyti.ms/2H9zAHn pic.twitter.com/2eCpjA7KnK

good question, i am wondering. A lawsuit would be logical if he is lying than his remarks would be slanderus and due to his position it would be mis-use of power ( or something like that)

USPS is in trouble like most gov agencies. It has been run into the ground with bad labor deals where they have endless unfunded mandates.

Remember that one time in band camp when President Barack Hussein Obama fired the CEO of General Motors? I don't think you do.

Remember, that one time that GM was begging for the US government to bail them out? They wanted 16.6 billion more dollars. Obama asked CEO to resign. I don’t recall Amazon asking for US gov. money. So your point is silly.

And being called silly by a guy with 21 followers and a ron burgundy photo is quite a compliment. I appreciate it. Buh bye bot

Not a bot. Could care less about followers. But I guess that’s an easy out when u have no factual argument.

You win. You obviously know a lot more about investing and trading than my 25 years. And followers is an indication of something, if you don't know what, it shows why you don't have a lot of followers.

Again, you aren’t responding to my point. You made a big false equivalency. I called you on it. You then respond by attacking my # of followers vs responding to the point. Deflecting vs debating.

The point I am making is that I do not believe that either Obama or Trump should have or should engage in either of these activities. The government should not be bailing out companies. That is my point. Agree or not?

I don’t agree with the comparison. They are not equal choices. Obama was faced with unprecedented economic disaster and made a choice to try to improve the situation. Many would argue it worked. Trump is spouting off on Amazon because of a personal agenda.

The clear and present danger is that he thinks he's acting in the film "Wall Street". This's not a film. It's real life. The future of our planet. It is NOT just a few takeover bids!

If you could sue the government there has been great cases of libatard stupid deals over the years and actually Trump is repairing many of them. Not surprising NYT refuses to see that. They are broke BTW.

So Spanky the president takes on Bezos. Soon Spanky will be out and have just his $2 billion. Bezos, with his $100 billion could bury ex-president Spanky. He'll be bankrupt again within 5 years.
