        It is important that readers notice that the main points of "The mechanism" are very in line with the facts; that one quote of words also used by another politician do not invalidate the context, and that the pretense leading of the candidate on polls is based on a very poor base

        In fact, what is beeing discussed today, is the possibility of prision of the accused, right after the desfavourable decision of the appeal court. In Brazil, those who have the means (money) to hire good lawyers can prolong process forever, never being accountable for their acts

        Recently, a decision by the brasilian Supreme Court change the jurisprudence, allowing the imprisioning after the appeal court desfavourable decision. No more the apeal to Superior Court of Justice or Supreme Constitutional Court ate able to avoid the effectiveness of decision
