        If you read the article, it raises more doubts than certainties. It was more likely a domestic plot by the Brits to test their 'antidote' and frame Russia at the same tine.

        CRUMBS! To use a very English expletive. This "latest news" on the #SalisburyAttack" is over 3 days old and the fact is, as investigators are GUESSING what happened, they change their "theory" daily. Very possible Putin played no part. One hopes @Theresa_May backs off from #WW3!

        that could have happened, or perhaps MI6 smeared the nerve agent, points finger at Russia then uses the "high level plot" as an excuse to send home some Russian Diplomats from a bunch of western countries. Seems just as likely.
