“This independent autopsy affirms that Stephon was not a threat to police and was slain in another senseless police killing under increasingly questionable circumstances,” Clark's family’s lawyer said.http://nyti.ms/2Gl0zCC

How dare you try to justify the murder of Stephon Clark. He wasn’t given time to comply. He was unarmed. If he were a known shooter at a school and WAS WHITE maybe he would have stood a chance.

Disobeying cops gets you shot 8 times? Right. Because that makes perfect sense. He deserved to lose his life for that?? He didn’t prove to be dangerous in any shape or form, and even if he did, cops seem to nonviolently disarm white suspects... so what’s going on??

“Seem” is the keyword. There aren’t too many activist groups, unlike BLM and others, protesting and making these events widely publicized for other ethnic groups.

What about Daniel Shaver? He was complying. He was still murdered. Everyone should care about this.

Exactly. We gotta stop “suspending with pay” and start charging them with murder. Because that’s exactly what it was.

How many more unnecessary acts of violence will have to occur before people realize you don’t run from the cops. Or commit crimes for that matter.

So running is threatening behavior now. They feared for their lives because he was swift?

Please let me know about your experiences in law enforcement. Neither of you have any, and neither do I. Unfortunately your community of believers is the first to crucify those that just want to go home to their families at night. Keep violating laws and only the few will support

You have no idea what experience I have with law enforcement. You don't know what it's like to be afraid when you see a cop car in ur rear view mirror even though you know you've done nothing wrong. I am fearful for MY life. If they're so fearful, go work for UPS. Don't be a cop

You are so knowledgeable. Please enlightenment. I don’t know what your experience is, and you don’t know mine. I typically worry when there’s a cop in my rear view. Either way, you’ve never ran after someone committing crimes to try to stop them. When you do, let me know.

This is Stephon Clark. Police shot at him 7 times from behind, 1 from the side, for NOTHING, in his own backyard. NEVER. FORGET. THAT. #RIPStephonClark #BlackLivesMatterpic.twitter.com/E0kXRI8Y4l

Where did the othe 12 shots end up? Reckless to discharge a fire are this recklessly near residential homes. Did any of these stray bullets enter residential homes, endangering innocent home owners? This was careless and malicious. Prosecute those unfit officers!

My condolences to the Clark family. I don’t understand the cops it’s very sad when they shoot before knowing what is out there. We have lost to many black lives this has to stop now.
