Write the news as they should be written. The residents of Gaza tried to penetrate a sovereign state despite the fact that they were told that this was impossible and that those who approached the fence would not hesitate to use weapons against him

Penetrate a sovereign state? Justify the state sponsored murder whatever way helps you sleep better.

But they are trying to penetrate the State by destroying its wall, to allow violent terrorists to access Israel to commit murders & other atrocities. Every nation has the right to defend it’s borders against violent terrorists

1/2 Actually Israel gave up Gaza more than a decade ago & forcibly removed every single Israeli from Gaza, in an attempt to advance the peace process. In exchange the people of Gaza elected Hamas, a terror organization who’s main platform is the destruction of Israel.

2/2 Hamas has used Gaza to launch thousands of rockets at Israeli cities, and sent in countless terrorists to commit murders. Additionally Hamas leadership has stolen billions in aid $$$ meant for its people. #FreeGazaFromHamas

Keep reading from the script. At the end of the day neither side is winning this. If you treat these people a bit more fairly, support for the likes of hamas will drop. Sometimes I think that the like of Netanyahu and hamas are happy with the status quo as it keeps them in power.

I'm liberal & worked in USA news. I went to Israel in Dec. & was shocked by how 1-sided USA media is to the conflict. I visited West Bank & Muslim cities - Israel is diverse & conflicted but NOT an aparthied state, NOT full of child murderers. @TheAtlantichttps://www.theatlantic.com/international/archive/2014/11/how-the-media-makes-the-israel-story/383262/ …

Think about it. Any country that limits immigration to a particular race or religion is by definition an apartheid state

        1. Read the article I posted. 2. More than 20% of Israel's population is Arab/Non-Jewish. Muslims serve in Israeli government. Immigration is NOT limited to Jews. I have done more than thought about this. I have experienced it first-hand. Read #TheAtlantic article.

The difference is that Palestinians have (and are victims of) their own leadership. The difference is that Palestinians have rejected a 2-state solution on multiple occasions. The difference is that Palestinian leadership is fighting amongst itself.https://www.vox.com/world/2017/8/22/16114696/palestinian-hamas-israel-independence-netanyahu-abbas-trump …

And if you oppose a 2-state solution, as is implied by your bantustan reference, then it appears you don't support Israel's right to exist at all. If that's the case, we have nothing more to say to one another.

Palestinians are not israeli citizens so they can't claim any status at all or any right to infringe Israel's borders with a view to commit violence. Of course they will be repelled. They shd go home and demand their rights from the government they elected.
