        that's not how it works. They knew it was removed from a shallow grave and the name of the people who did it, and of those who sold it on. As we argue, would this be acceptable if the child was from the USA? Doubt it.

        There was nothing unethical about the study. If the "owners" of the artifact had no right to allow the study to be conducted, that's between the govt and them. It has no bearing on the integrity of the study or the scientists who conducted the study.
