NFL team owners should be funding this.

Goodell made $31.7 million in 2015 yet tax payers should be on the hook for this?

As an OH native, it would be wonderful to see Canton have another income center. In 2016 the state averaged 19% of the population below the poverty line but canton was 36%. Is it realistic to think that people will vacation 3-4 days in Canton though? Seems risky, lets hope so🤞🏿

Like we already pay for stadiums and subsidize their taxes? Probably, yes, ‘cause they are so poor.

Sure....So the NFL is short of cash? I doubt it, but it's so much easier to make hardworking taxpayers pay the bill instead.

It’s just trickle down! They make millions upon millions then ask joe the plumber to pay the bill. Trickle down theory. Put in plan words, millionaires demand public money or threaten to take their show to another town. Same old song and dance.

Let the rich football players bail them out. If they won't stand for our flag why the hell should our tax dollars bail them out? The people of Ohio might bail them out, but please don't take any of my tax dollars.

Good thing the taxpayers are there to help the @NFL out with this, I doubt the NFL could afford it otherwise. Maybe if the taxpayers can't afford it we can ask, I dunno, 32 of the richest people in America to foot the bill? No pun intended.
