Seems that the American police has become trigger happy and shoot without hesitation. Police is a friend in need, and not the killer in deed. High time this attitude must be examined, and training revamped. Of course, policing is not an easy job, and death is never far off.

They always do but rarely prosecute. Nothings going to change until there’s Judicial reform that addresses racial profiling and inequality in our Judicial system and how Law Enforcement are trained in interactions with people of color. This doesn’t happen in most countries.

Terrible terrible insane country. How else do one describe a place where one gets murdered in ones own yard where anyone would describe as the most possible safe spot without provocation.

Sadly they will get away with it. They always do. Just have to say they were scared, how about we start hiring cops that aren't scared all the time. We all have targets on us and they just have to say they were scared.

That shooting was crazy completely uncalled for. I understand it was dark but the man didn’t even have a chance to put the phone down before being shot.

More accurately termed ~ a police execution of an unarmed Stephon Clark. The agony of his family, especially his deeply heart sick Grandmother's pain; has rocked the Throne Room in God's heaven. He will make her burden of grief and the gravity of it known. She will get justice!
