also wrong. Oh no 60 agents are getting expelled! Now we only have the one that runs the country and all the other ones that didn't get expelled

Putin expelled 755 US diplomats and consulate staff in 2017 after Congress passed Russian sanctions which Trump still refuses to implement, and Trump thanked him for it.

Putin doesn’t care about diplomats. He has plenty of other operatives in this country doing his dirty work. This is just a show & Trump shouldn’t get credit for mesmerizing the media. Do better

Whether it "works out" or not is beside the point. A crime is a crime regardless of the result. (not saying there was a crime)

Thank you! I understand the effort to remain fair and balanced, but to pick this comment, out of what I'm sure were many, seems like poor editing. That is, unless the goal was to show how illogical commenters are.

None of this changes the fact the US empire is in inevitable decline, China is inexorably rising & Russia is overturning the US led world order. Oh and by the way, zero evidence provided on Skripal. Porton Down not even certain what type of chemical agent it is.

This is a joke, right? Does this guy know how many Russian diplomats are in the US? How many consulates? The Russians literally killed a guy. In a London park. With a chemical weapon. Russia did a war crime in a London park. And we kick out some staff? Russia's doing fine.

This means nothing to Putin. It’s a way for Trump to pretend he’s tough on Russia but notice how he’s not enforcing sanctions, which were approved and would really make an impactful statement. It’s all smoke and mirrors.

Oh please Sparky. The Russians knew exactly what actions Donny was going to take. It was part of the calculation. Now Russia can act all offended and go off to make nice with China. They know this will make @realDonaldTrump jealous and willing to give them anything they want.
