So what if we put in one of those pumps that cleans up oil spills and let it start sucking up the garbage? If it all goes to one place wouldn’t that make it easier to clean up?

I hear it's mostly plastic, some massive recycling ship should cruise out there and scoop it up. I wonder if there's a business case for it.
