        Yuck I don't know how people eat that garbage all the time. It's true if you switch dinner and lunch as they do in Europe you feel better. People do too much cardio and don't concentrate on muscle. Muscle (tone) burns fat.

        Look at photos from the 50’s and 60’s, very rare to see an over weight person, but since Ancil Keyes claimed fat makes you fat (without evidence!) and big food created low fat highly processed (full of SUGAR) foods the WORLD is growing more obese every day! Wake up!
