Politics aside - was harvesting information from Facebook illegal? What are people so up in arms about? Do they not know this crap is commonplace everywhere?

Trump has at last learned he cannot trust the deceiving democrats. He's now appointing people he knows he can trust. No more middle ground for him. Dems fucked that up permanently.

Is not an ability to do this the same tactics that ads use to get consumers to buy goods? Is this not disclosed in the EULAs?

Such a dumb headline. AS IF "knowing it harvested @facebook data" might have been a reason NOT to hire @CamAnalytica. That was THE REASON to hire them. Better "hired CA to profile voters using FB data..."
