The suspect did not meet the required melanin threshold to be labeled a terrorist.

I don't think you understand what terrorism is. Terrorism is categorized by having religious or political motive. Since the bomber had neither, he isn't. That doesn't make him any better than a terrorist, but he just isn't one.

Thanks for the mansplanation. However she is fully capable of both reading the article and understanding the definition as dictated by the white LEO's who initially defined the criteria for "terrorism". She is also quite capable of and has the right to disagreeing with it.

Definitions are definitions, they're regulated and written in dictionaries. I don't think that you can disagree with a definition. That's like me saying "green" means thirty-six.

He caused terror. Therefore, he was a terrorist. Let's not confuse logic.

How about rephrasing it? White Austin bomber was a terrorist. Why law enforcement disagrees.

Yep, according http://dictionary.com  he's a terrorist. Do the police need some google lessons? [ter-er-ist] noun 1. a person, usually a member of a group, who uses or advocates terrorism. 2. a person who terrorizes or frightens others. http://www.dictionary.com/browse/terrorist?s=t …

Terrorist, he was a Domestic Terrorist. Being a White Christian Evangelical Conservative doesn't change that.

No matter how you try to parse definitions, there is a 0% chance that if a Muslim man did the same thing and had a similar backstory that it wouldn’t be called terrorism from the get go. That’s the racism.

Trust me, my Muslim wife and family deal with lots of racism, my guy. And not all Muslims are Middle Eastern. But thanks for your inputhttps://www.vox.com/policy-and-politics/2017/2/2/14452388/muslim-ban-immigration-order-islamophobia-racism-muslims-hate …

You really are gonna cite vox? And it's discrimination not racism. I had no idea not all muslims were middle eastern!?!?! Islam/being Muslim is not a race. It's a religion. Your passive aggressiveness to cover up the inadequacy of your reply was impressive though :)
