Troubling/revealing how NYT calls 17-year-old a “man,” reinforcing what we know: Black boys & teens don’t get privilege of childhood.

Yes yes yes to this. 17 year old boys are not men.

Why is @nytimes so quick to enforcing narrative that this murderer had ‘challenges,’ instead of focusing on fact that he terrorized an entire state and killed? Stop pity party for deranged white men.

Isn't a serial bomber a terrorist? Why tiptoe around the obvious?

Besides your practically eulogizing the (alleged) murderer/terrorist, you need to correct your reference to the 17-year-old black CHILD murder victim as a "man." Replace with "boy" or remove "man." Intentional or not, this choice/mistake does NOT occur with white 17yo victims!

What a hypocrisy they call him a bomber but if he was a Muslim the headline would be a radical Muslim terrorist.Let me fix your headline a Christian white terrorist.
