        That asshole APPEALED the case?? Too bad the appeals court couldn't levy additional punishments - not only did "Blurred Lines" infringe on "Got to Give It Up," it ruined that song for me since I reflexively change the music in horror every time I hear that intro.

        I have nothing of substance to add to this story, but I was recently driving north from LA through MS on 55, and shortly after I crossed the state line and radio stations turned to shit, I happened on one that played Blurred Lines on repeat for 4 hours - I kept checking. Creepy.
