"In a rambling, at times contradictory explanation" pretty much sums up the entire administration.

Except emails have shown that he knew all about it all along. $31,000 of tax payer money for his dining table...i guess this is a part of the swamp that didn’t drain.

It takes a big man/woman to take ownership of a mistake. Behave with honesty and integrity and you won’t find yourself in these situations. The excuses are insulting and chip away at any character that’s left.

If I were going to find a way to squander $31K for my own benefit, I really don't think I'd use the funds on a frigin' table and chairs. Which raises the question whether the furniture REALLY cost that much or they altered the bill to cover up some other indulgence.

Something else wrong with Washington. Know one is accountable for bad decision making. My wife did it!! Carson not fit to run HUD also has done zero for HUD. Lines his pockets making speeches for his son. What a family deal. Fleecing of AMERICA

#BenCarson is full of it. I read an article that he purchased a lot more expensive furniture for his office so his family could hang out. I'll keep looking for it but would love it if a journalist could check it out.
