Mark Zuckerberg and Sheryl Sandberg need to wake up. Facebook really needs to get a handle on the disinformation and other abuses on their platform. There are still plenty of trolls, bots and fake accounts on their platform and when users complain, they do nothing.

Worth noting what UK MP @DamianCollins said yesterday ... pre #AlexStamos: https://www.parliament.uk/business/committees/committees-a-z/commons-select/digital-culture-media-and-sport-committee/news/cambridge-analytica-statement/ … "Someone has to take responsibility for this. It's time for #MarkZuckerberg to stop hiding behind his @facebook page."

Sold all my Facebook shares (thanks for the big profit). Haven't been happy with direction Facebook has been going for past 6 months and Don't use it much anymore as a result. Think we will all be talking of Facebook in past tense relatively soon now.

Wake up America! A paradigm of good painful change is happening and we are in the middle of it and most people do not recognize it! The last dinosaurs of old “classic mores” are disappearing.

Facebook records everything you do — Where you are, when you sleep, how long you sleep, when u use the bathroom, shop , cook, what you eat, what take-out you buy, what CC u use, when u buy gas, what type of gas, etc through a clandestine network of surveillance. #DeleteFacebook

I never joined Facebook because I was concerned about what could or couldn't be seen with or without my permission. I figured my info could be compromised by companies/organizations that I had to submit my info to for jobs. I didn't want to be an accessory to the theft of my info
