Why did they put the bridge in place before the support cables were ready? How can cars be under the bridge without the cables in place?

Thanks. It seems legit enough to get me hired to construct a bridge for public.

I have an MAS but am no engineer, but common sense begs the question why the middle of this span wasn’t temporarily supported (in the median would seem logical) until the planned support cable stays were installed. This looks to be a major lawsuit...gross negligence.

There should have been a support system in the middle. A brace type of support if you will. Who builds a bridge like that and has no support in the middle?
