          Can someone explain to me the difference between “lack of candor” and “ lying.” I’ve seen them used interchangeably in the media but suspect they are not synonymous. I also suspect he difference is meaningful.

          “In a statement released late Friday, Mr. Sessions said that Mr. McCabe had shown a lack of candor under oath on multiple occasions.”That statement is just rich coming from Sessions who has failed multiple times to be forth coming in Congressional hearings.
