Let that sink in people. While Cabinet Secretaries spend literally millions on travel and furniture, while the President spends millions on golfing weekends AND Wall St. spends millions lobbying for lesser laws... 111,500 STUDENTS ARE HOMELESS! And that’s just 1 US city.

NY doesn't give a crap about the homeless. @SenGillibrand, in particular, seems to only be concerned with DACA recipients having a home, and legalizing marijuana.

This is heartbreaking. No child should be homeless. Take the $5 billion/yr deBlasio pumps into funding for illegal immigrants and get these kids into a home of their own.

Why are there so many homeless students in a city run entirely by liberals?

This should not be happening in this country. We are one of the richest countries in the world and this is the way we treat our citizens? No healthcare no benefits no homes what the hell is wrong with our government? Let’s start electing people that actually care.

The fed is not going to help. (Did you see the DeVos interview? Trust me, they are NOT going to help.) The best we can do right now is either find ways to volunteer if you live in the area, or donate! Try this for starters... http://www.advocatesforchildren.org/support_our_work …

Come on New York. There should be zero homeless in the Big Apple. Seems that the top democratic cities suffer from the most crimes, homeless and drugs.

And the silly New Yorkers will support these teeners for the rest of their lives unless the teeners are cut down by opioid crisis.
