I really like personally checking out the toys and clothes for kids./babies. I HATE kid/baby shopping online. Amazon truly isn't for everything.

The end of an era. As a kid you knew Christmas was coming soon when you saw the Toys R Us commercials

Good thing for @TheNYRA that former #ToysRUs exec Chris Kay hasn’t found a way to load up on debt — yet.

Quit, how about blaming executives that made humongous miscalculations with consumers, who went to Target and Walmart. They left their core ideals and placed a store near every shopping mall in America.

Their first mistake was acquiring FAO when the company was already in debt. Secondly, they went through too many restructurings between babies and toys.

Typical business. All or nothing. They want to make billions. Not millions. So they pull the plug. Good riddance.

Toys R Us already bcame the part of my childhood. It's so sad to heard they can not survive at this Digital Era 😔 and the kids nowadays will never know how glad feelings when they only look around to see the toys on that store.

So upsetting. The hours my son and I spent wondering the aisles spending pocket money. Store in our town was worse after the refurb. Reduced lines and couldn’t find anything. such a shame #ToysRUsuk #ToysRUsclosing

If they just had low prices and sell by sheer volume then they wouldnt have tp go bankrupt but greed and higher prices seem to have put themselves in their own spiraling hole!
