        For a few months last fall @FortNegley tweeted every name of every slave who built it. While a small gesture, it shows Nashville is moving in the right direction in recognizing the foundation it was built on!

        This is a positive move. We still have so much to learn from history. In respect to Confederate monuments being removed, I think it is more valuable to memorialise the past so we can see how far we have come, and also see how far we have to go.

        they should know there where more white slaves in our country then black.More people people bought slaves and kept them after they where free to go.These people do not know there history on slaves
