        Their flight attendants are actual witches. I’ve had horrible experiences with them. @SouthwestAir might have delays but wonderful staff ❤️

        As a flight attendant I can tell you that animals in carriers are never allowed in the overhead bin. That’s for all airlines. Besides our own companies policies, we all have to follow Federal regulations as well. This was a completely incompetent employee.

        Yeah but I have to question what kind of training airline employees receive. It’s really starting to appear we are giving the dumbest people we can find a role they view as authoritative and go on a power trip.

        apparently she didn't being preoccupied with her infant and other child. Still was against rules to put animal in carrier in overhead.

        The NY times and others report she was required to comply with orders to put it up there. The spokesperson for the airline said that was against policy. Meaning the flight attendant was at fault. Facts of the matter. Truth please.

        I have a dog thank you very much ! I feel bad her dog died but I would have never have let the plane take off and my dog was up in a bin !! She should hav gotten off

        You had a man dragged down the isle of one of your planes and one of your people ordered the death of a small dog. You can count on this being the nail that ended United. F-CK YOU and your “people” United.
