And @marianorajoy in Spain, the new Franco, using the legislative to put his political rivals in jail, demolishing free expression, imprisoning artists, tweeters, journalists, politicians, acting with fascist violence... & the EU looking away. Shame! https://spanishpolice.github.io

How we can begin political negotiation between Catalunya and Spain with a country who don't respect human & civil rights? Spain have no separation of powers. We need to explain to the world our situation, but Spanish government with its mediastorm, its fake news about Catalunya..

All the world saw October 1st. This is it. This is its democracy. This is how Spanish government treat to silence our voice. They don't respect democracy, with political prisoners, with no separation of powers, with no respect for civil & human rights. It's a nightmare in EU.

Spain at least showing its true face to Europeans. Spain was not denazified like Germany and Italy and many of its citizens, including politicians and judges, still firmly believe in fascist principles. Something should be done.

Could you elaborate on what you consider "challenges to freedom of expression"? Could you have the balls to give your opinion on what you consider OK to censor, and what is not OK, according to you? You have a very vague (aka coward) article title, without specifics.

A condemnation by the European Human Rights Court is surely nothing to be proud of, even if some of their standards might be hard to understand or to implement in USA. Nevertheless, the Spanish track record remains one of the bests in Europe even by these standards.pic.twitter.com/iDLbvLMDfr

Saludos
