        Exactly. :) Garlic knots taste good tho, and it'd be cool if more pizza joints offered them country-wide & around the world, so I'm pursuing a secret garlic knot agenda, but you're right, it's the dough. Trivia: Some claim NYC water is required to make proper NYC pizza dough.
