Or "Centerfield" by John Fogerty (which I'm listening to now). Fogerty played every single instrument on the entire album - guitars, keyboards, drums, sax, the lot - thanks to overdubbing. Virtuosity with simplicity indeed

You don't. Music is subjective. You don't teach people to love spinach or anal. They either like it or they don't.

Difficult music for musicians or for those who just want to appreciate it? It could be different

How do you teach people to love difficult anything? To paraphrase Yeats, one must have a fascination for the difficult, an exhausting enterprise. I still stop in my tracks when I hear “Rhapsody in Blue.”

Or... just let them listen what they want.- Like a Metal-Teenager who want to convince the world, that Metal is the only music one should listen.
