For good or ill, a lot of the Trump voters hadn't voted for decades until he ran. People have to have a reason to vote.

Exactly - more people come out to vote “for” something rather than “against”

The Dems should be concerned about another fail. At the same time they are crowing about a midterm blue tide (that worked so well last time), they have actually announced a plan to raise taxes to a nation pretty happy with what was just passed. Another self inflicted wound

Disagree that there is anything like across the board joy over the Tax cuts. Many people are feeling some kind of way about it and wish they could vote tomorrow against the President’s party.

Thank you. The NYT reported that a simple majority of Americans now approve the new tax law. Why antagonize your R opponents and drive them to the polls? As for the "blue tide", it will depress D voter turnout when voting is typically down anyway? Self-inflcted wounds.

I disagree. As I said, even among Trump’s core supporters, the tax cut received weak applause last night. He was trying things out and had to resort to encouraging them to clap and shout. After that worked he went to his go to-racism and never turned from it. #NeedToImpeach

If you don’t vote you have no right to complain about what is done to you by those elected to office be those who did. Too, not voting, I was taught, is unpatriotic. If we love our country and democracy, how can we not vote? It is not only a privilege, it is a responsibility.

Did anyone notice the non-voters out number the voters. Sometimes, I think news outlets worry more then Americans actually do. I don't vote cause I don't want nothing to do with an already corrupt, sometimes unfair and corporate influenced government.

Well you might consider stopping talking too. You opinion carries no weight if you don’t vote. Besides you are the problem. I blame you for every single thing Trump inflicts on this country. YOU. Your fault. YOU are responsible. You should feel guilty.

My opinion does carry weight. Freedom of speech baby dig it. No, I don't feel guilty at all. Its not my fault. I didn't support either presidential candidate. Also It's hard to get a state ID where I live WI. Especially if its your first so I couldn't vote if I wanted to.
