The NME latterly was a glossy poor imitation of itself. More the ghost of the NME. Effectively NME died when the publishers decided to prioritise http://NME.com several years ago.

I am sorry to hear this but totally understand. NME got me through the late 1960s when I lived in England and I loved it so much I subscribed to it in America.
