        I think we should all keep Daylight Savings Time as the only reason we have it was for Farmers to keep their regular feeding schedule! I think we are past that now!

        DST is antiquated and unnecessary. We are no longer an agrarian society. We don't need longer days to bring in the crops. Florida has the right idea to dump it and so should the rest of the US.

        Why would anyone want to get rid of daylight savings?? So the sun comes up at 5 AM in the summer but sets before 8PM??.makes much more sense get rid of standard...hate winter going to work in the dark coming home in the dark, at least the earliest the sun would set would be 6PM.
